The two films are identical, note for note, but this grotesque sequel trades the bright and slightly more American Las Vegas setting for the dark and dingy slums of Bangkok. This film’s already made a trillion dollars so who cares what we think, but let’s be fair here, because we paid good money to see this in a movie theater: this movie is awful.

Angry Birds One of the Most Profitable Games in History
Angry Birds is reportedly one of the most profitable games of all time.
Made for just $140,000, the smash hit has already generated an estimated $70 million, more than 500 times what it cost to make.
EEDAR analyst Jesse Dinvich told IndustryGamers: “The 140k was the development costs and given the marketing and auxiliary products (plush toys), the actual cost to maintain and operate the Angry Birds brand is certainly higher, but still, it is fair to say that Angry Birds is by far one of the most profitable games in history, relative to costs.” Read the rest of this article…
Call of Duty: Black Ops the Best-Selling Game in History
Call of Duty: Black Ops is the best selling game ever according to a report from NPD Group.
Analyst Anita Frazier said, “Call of Duty: Black Ops was the best-selling game in February, retaining the top selling spot since launch in November. It has now become the best-selling game in history, topping Wii Play.”
The market research company confirmed that Black Ops has sold 13.7 million units in the US alone. Read the rest of this article…
Xbox 360 is the Best-Selling Console in February 2011
Microsoft sold 535,000 Xbox 360 units in the US in February making it the best-selling console of the month, NPD has revealed.
That’s the second straight month Microsoft has taken the console crown in the US, and February saw a 27 percent jump in sales compared to February 2010.
The result was predicted by both Wedbush’s Michael Pachter and fellow analyst outfit EEDAR on Monday ahead of the NPD announcement.
The market research group also revealed that the Wii came in at 454,000 unit sales in February, putting it 14 percent up compared to the same time last year.
That figure also puts the Ninty system beyond the 35 million unit mark in the US, making it the fastest selling console in history.
All three consoles saw some increase in hardware sales compared to last February, however Sony refused to release sales figures.
Dead Rising 2 Takes Zombie-Killing to the Next Level
Dead Rising 2 is the the second installment in the Dead Rising series. After recently completing the first game, I knew instantly that I had to play Dead Rising 2. I completed the first Dead Rising game in roughly 10 hours, and likewise, it took me the same amount of time to complete Dead Rising 2. I thoroughly loved it though. Pokemon Black and White Release Date Announced
Nintendo has announced the US release date for the next Pokemon games in the popular RPG series, Pokemon Black & White. The games are scheduled to be released on March 6, 2011.
As expected, the two versions will have some differences in them. For example, players will find the two legendary Pokemon are Reshiram in Pokemon Black, and Zekrom in Pokemon White. In addition to that, the games will also feature exclusive locations. Pokemon Black Version will feature a unique metropolitan area called Black City, while Pokemon White version will feature a green area named White Forest.
