		<description><![CDATA[Of course, I think we all agree on the decision of the SCOTUS, and yes the war still rages on. However, discussing the 1rst Amendment rights of cybernatography and whether or not it qualifies as art are two different debates, and while I feel that the two are synonymous, there are still many on both sides that feel games are not art. That, I think, still hurts our Freedom argument; very minuscule, compared to the more important arguments about parenting and retail sales, but nonetheless. ]]></description>
