The Nintendo Wii U Isn’t Sold Out

Posted by on November 21, 2012 at 9:52 pm

Hey guys, I’m still here!

Contrary to what you may be hearing or seeing, Nintendo’s newest console, the Wii U isn’t sold out in the US. I guess if you only shop at online at Amazon and Best Buy you would see it with “inflated” cost or sold out. You may have even gone to eBay really quick to see how high the prices are. There are thousands on eBay and they are selling for most, $50 above retail. And this is only because of supply and demand. People are too lazy to look at multiple websites or go into stores.

Look at most of the major retailers in the US; Walmart, Target, Sears, Best Buy. They all say they are available in store but not online. This is either because the warehouse is out of stock or they are wanting you to come into the stores to buy more. Preferably on the busiest brick and mortar sales day of the year, black Friday. I did easily find it at retail price on Game Stop’s website where I wouldn’t have to go into the store.

If you really want to pay more though, be my guest and get into a bidding war on eBay.
