Rumors abound! While HTC is, apparently, dissolving at its very core with their Facebook phone a non-starter and their flagship One device being vastly overwhelmed by Samsung’s Galaxy S4. The thing is, people really like the HTC One, but what if it ran stock Android and what if you could buy it?
So what’s the big deal about the One? It’s well-built for one, crafted with aluminum with stereo speakers on the front of the handset, facing you. Downsides? 4MP camera (yeah, I know it’s got a bigger sensor, but that still seems like a downer considering the pictures coming out of it) and meh battery life, which might be okay considering I’m already running a Galaxy Nexus. Oh, one more thing: Sense.
Google announced a Galaxy S4 running stock Android, but you’ll need to dish out $649.99 for it. I doubt the one would cost that much, but it’d certainly feel better in the hand. Unfortunately, this is all just speculation and dreams and hopes…
