While Star Wars : The Old Republic looms, it also seems like it’s taking forever to get here. I’m positively messing my pants with anticipation of what my finally be a viable Star Wars Universe MMO and they’re making me wait until December to get in on the fun.
At least they keep us somewhat fed with streams of regular videos.
In this video, we see a newly announced PVP battleground called Voidstar.
In the Star Wars universe, the Voidstar is a legendary imperial prototype of what appears to be a battlecruiser. It seems that the point of this zone, or map, is to get your team past a door (via explosives) and into a datacenter where you will have to download the data core.
Of course you’ll be doing this while the opposing team is trying to accomplish the same goals, and stop you from pulling it off. I can see the breaking loose of all hell, on the horizon.
Star Wars : The Old Republic is a Star Wars Universe MMORPG in which players will be able to play as either Republic or Sith and will be able to play a number of races and classes, including (These are the known classes and races at this time)
