Let’s Play Minecraft: Trial of the Amiaba Ruins!

Well I’m back playing Minecraft again and this time Nick decided to join me. We searched hard and wide (15 minutes) for an awesome newer co-op map and we found one, The Trial of the Amiaba Ruins, made by rookie map maker WillM. We set out on our journey with the bright idea of using the 1.3 pre-release and setting up a local game so I didn’t have to set up a server online. That didn’t turn out as planned.

After jumping into the map with gear, Nick and I were royally confused and decided to give up thinking that the map was messed up and we should choose another. I was like, well lets try it on a server, it’ll take me all of 5 minutes to get one up and running.

45 minutes later after I realized I can’t spell, the server was up and running. Time to test the map out. YES! IT WORKS! We aren’t in the middle of the map and we have empty inventories. That’s what I get for trying to use pre-release software, doh.
