I know what you’re thinking – here we go with the hair again. But this one isn’t about Nicolas Cage’s hair – it’s about his costar’s hair.

From Diane Kruger and Kathleen Turner to Elisabeth Shue and Amber Heart (and even to a dread-headed Angelina Jolie in Gone in 60 Seconds), one thing is for certain: Nic Cage loves blond hair. Sure, not every one of his costars is of the fair-haired variety, but he definitely seems to be a gentleman who prefers blonds.

Perhaps it started with his early relationships with Christina Fulton and Patricia Arquette, but since marrying former-waitress Alice Kim, Cage’s desire to act with blond costars has only intensified. Cage has even gone blonde himself, most recently back in 2010 when he claimed he was tapping into his “Celtic roots” for the movie Drive Angry.

It wouldn’t hurt your chances of getting Nicolas Cage to star in your movie if you bring in a blond costar. Just sayin’.
