Amanda Knox Not Guilty According To Italian Appeals Court.

Amanda Knox, AKA “Foxy Knoxy” the American student from Seattle Washington who was convicted of the November 2007 murder of 21 year old British exchange student Meredith Kercher was originally found guilty and sentenced to 26 years in prison.

Today, she’s free.

What we know is that Meredith Kercher was sexually abused and stabbed to death in her flat in Perugia, Italy on or about the first of November, 2007. Afterwards, Rudy Guede, Raffaele Sollecito and roommate Amanda Knox were arrested, charged, and convicted for the crimes.

There’s been a lot of controversy surround the handling of evidence, court procedures, Satanic sacrificial orgies (that’s so NOT a joke), false testimony, accusations, lawsuits etc…etc…ad nauseum. Suffice it to say, this whole thing has been one huge fuster cluck, from the word go.

I don’t know about “Foxy” but…I’d do her. We wouldn’t be talking about Satan, though, because…BUSY!

Amanda Knox, who was in Perugia attending the University for Foreigners for one year, studying Italian, German and creative writing, was accused of: murder, sexual assault, simulating a crime and carrying a knife as well as theft of 300 euros, two credit cards and two mobile phones.

After being convicted, in a joint trial in 2009, Amanda filed for appeal. Under Italian law, a defendant is entitled to two such appeals and can choose if they want a “fast-track” trial, in which they waive their right to challenge the evidence in exchange for lenience if they are convicted, or a standard trial. Amanda and co-defendant Raffaele Sollecito, an Italian student, opted for a full retrial.

They were both acquitted on October 3, 2011.

The third defendant, Rudy Guede, whose DNA was found on and in the victim, chose the fast-track and was found guilty again. He was sentenced to 16 years.

I have 2 hopes on this. First, I hope they really DIDN’T do it and the justice system did them real justice. I don’t want murderers going free. Second, I hope that if they didn’t do it, they find out who – if anyone – else was responsible because, again, I don’t want murderers going free.

Also, lol @ Satanic orgies.
