Yet another procedural cop drama…

I hope you guys appreciate the sacrifices I make for all of you in the name of saving you from shitty movies and television.

This was a pretty big one.

I don’t want to go through a lot of details so I’ll just say that this is a run of the mill, procedural crime drama starring Dana Delaney as a former neurosurgeon who becomes a medical examiner after a car accident leaves her with chronic paresthesia (her hands go numb) and she kills a patient during surgery.

Of course, it turns out that she’s a super mega ultra crime fighting machine who seems to have a sixth sense about criminal investigation (just like every other procedural cop drama main character).

Mix in a little bit of family drama (she ignored hers while she was a surgeon, so they left her and now she’s trying to sort it out with her daughter) and some oddball coworkers and you have all the ingredients you need to whip up a mess-tent sized helping of MEH.

If you were thinking about catching this one, don’t. Let it slip through your fingers and if you need an excuse, tell them the sun got in your eyes.

Trust me. I watched a few different episodes, HOPING it would get better…so you don’t have to.

You owe me.

  • I watched the first episode and was bored as shit.

    • Yeah, dude. And I watched like 5 episodes to see if it would stop sucking.

      No dice.

      It was painful

      • That’s worse than me, at least The Event is entertaining now. lol.
