That screen right there is what I saw for 45 minutes the first time I tried to access ELITE online. I know, I know they are having server issues, etc. The concern is that if you want precious founder status you need to sign up by November 13th. That’s only two days away and I don’t see this issue getting better by then. Is Activision going to extend the deadline because I can’t be the only one that is having this issue. In fact I know I’m not, no one I know has been able to get into ELITE and enter their code to get the founder goodness.
The answer is yes, on their status page (http://callofduty.com/elite/status/) they have stated that the deadline has been extended to the end of the month and they’re tacking on an extra month of ELITE status. Even though I haven’t been able to access ELITE yet I am leaning towards that it may very well be worth the $50/year with what they give you including Friday Night Fights and the other two series starting tonight, one of which has Will Arnett that I’m excited to see.

I mentioned to one of the guys here that founding members should have priority access. Then I realized everyone trying to access it right now would be considered a founding member. God dammit!
