Sony Online Entertainment Opens Registration For SOE Live

SOE Live. It’s a gaming convention where you WON’T get assaulted by the Horde.

Sony Online Entertainment today announced that it has opened registration for the 12th annual SOE Live.
SOE Live is a fan event which is basically SOE’s equivalent to Blizzcon, the annual Blizzard event at which people who play for the alliance get their asses kicked in the parking lot by Hordies…Except you probably won’t get beat up unless you bad-mouth the Vanu Sovereignty, in which case, you asked for it. This year it will be held at Bally’s hotel and casino, in Las Vegas, on October 18th through the 21st.
The event will give fans of SOE’s online games a chance to meet with the developers of Sony Online Entertainment’s vast catalog of online games and will also give them a chance to participate in events like tournaments, auctions and costume contests.

Ticket prices for SOE Live vary. Fans have the option to purchase single-day passes, evening passes or all-access passes, depending on their needs. Those that register by August 1 will receive an early registration discount, and admittance is free for children 12 and under.
