‘SimCity’ Bug Allows Urban Planners To Make Stratospheric Highways

I wouldn't drive on it.

I wouldn’t drive on it.

Unless you’ve been under a rock for the past few weeks, you’d know that SimCity has plenty of big issues left to resolve, like the fact that poor AI undoes your city’s endgame because braindead drivers choke up your city, preventing many important services from taking effect, or the fact that you can’t kick players out of your region, or restart cities, on and on. Well, at least this bug is fun.

I’d thought someone had modded the game to make these massive concrete veins possible. Nope. YouTube user MiguelM12345 just wanted to experiment with some dense roads over water and the bridge commands allowed him to build higher and higher up the farther he went. I’m sure the bill for such an inefficient structure was nothing short of astronomical! Of course, the fact that any vehicles took advantage of the bypass at all highlights SimCity‘s other issues.
