Step right up, get yer beta over here!

Google Chrome is my favorite browser, it’s super fast and lightweight. I use the beta for the desktop and enjoy the cool new features that I see rolled out before everyone else. I mean it’s beta testing and there are bugs sometimes but I can live with it. Today Google Chrome beta is available for Android devices running 4.0+ (Jelly Bean).

“Chrome for Android now benefits from all the speed, security and other improvements that have been landing on Chrome’s other platforms. For example, in today’s Beta update we have improved the Octane performance benchmark on average by 25-30%. In addition, this update includes interesting HTML5 features for developers such as CSS Filters. This is just one step of many towards bringing beautiful experiences to the mobile web.”

The beta can be installed alongside the stable version of Chrome in case you get sick of bugs or crashes like I’m seeing some people reporting. Again, this is why its beta, you are testing it out so everyone else gets a good product. If you want to download it, click here, you won’t find it by searching for it in the Play Store. I’m using it, let me know what you guys think.
