Now this is what I’m talking about, dammit! Sons of Anarchy is really starting to roll again with another huge entry into season 4.
Read on for a recap with some spoilers.
Where should I start?
When we left the last episode Juice was in the process of hanging himself. We all heard the branch snap, we all heard Juice hit the ground and, as we all guessed, he survived. Right after this, Chibs and Tig roll up but he plays it off.
The sheriff is still poking around, now having confirmation (Thanks to Unser) that Tara received a threat against her life. He drops by for a chat but naturally she doesn’t give him much to work with.
The challenge vote starts up but is interrupted by gunfire as the Sons are attacked by a group of gunmen. I won’t say who they were or how it leads to Chuck giving 2 sheriff’s deputies “head” but I will tell you that it is leading to some serious business.
Piney is still at Clay to get out of the drug business and things heat up when it is discovered that the Mayans have a rat in their midst, who is reporting to the Lobo Sonora cartel. This leads the Sons and the Mayans to attempt an ambush on them but we’ll just say that it didn’t go the way anyone thought it would.
Meanwhile, Clay is at a fundraiser where he donates $75,000 to the fund to save the park, after giving an oh-so-touching speech about how much the Sons love charming.
Tara tells Jax she needs to take off for a while, for safety reasons, and he agrees. She will hopefully be gone for a few episodes so some business can get taken care of. Having her around, being a stick in the mud is getting on my nerves.
Of course Juice has been on edge throughout the whole episode and he goes to collect the chain he tried to hang himself with. As he does, Chibs shows up and realizes what is going on. Things get a little sensitive for a moment while the guys try on some lacy panties but they quickly put their big boy pants back on and then…………
Someone kills Piney…the kind of killed they aren’t going to write out later in the story. Shotgun to the chest at point blank. You’ll have to watch to find out whodunnit.
