3) Failure to update their controller.

Any time I talk to someone who hates the Xbox line, one of their primary complaints is the controller. People complain that it is too big and clunky and that they have a hard time hold it for a long time. So why is it that Microsoft has yet to offer an alternative controller? Something smaller and more streamlined, maybe? Also, the new Playstation controller has a capacitive touch pad and motion control built in to it…Where’s the update to the Xbox controller?
