Apple has finally released an update that is supposed to solve all your iPhone battery woes. This update also helps with dictation for Australian users, both of these updates were among the problems everyone seemed to be having with the iPhone 4S.
The software update is less than 50Mb and can be installed without having to connect your phone to iTunes, yay! What you need to do is tap Settings > General > Software Update. Then just click on download and install and you should be good to go. Make sure you are on wifi or it won’t let you download it.
Another tip for users that upgraded to a iPhone 4S that are still having battery issues is to delete all your email accounts and then re-add them manually. This worked for a friend but if it doesn’t work for you then you can try installing the OS from iTunes and just moving your data over from a backup. It sucks, I know.
