Sons of Anarchy returns this week with another powerhouse of an episode.
Things are getting thick, fast and I’m here to talk about it so read on!
Things have been up and down this season. By the end of the fifth episode I was just about ready to hang it up with the show but for the last 3 straight it’s been balls to the wall and I’m really happy with how things are going down.
At the end of the last episode, we watched Clay put Piney in a box with a point blank range shotgun to the chest. We start this episode with Chibs talking to Jax about Juice’s attempted suicide, then Jax talking to Clay about the cartel situation.
Soon after, the Sons are back to arguing about the drugs and Jax tells Bobby to turn in his patch if he doesn’t like it…Then Clay starts working on the Irish.
The Assistant U.S. D.A. prick is still at it, weaving his web and playing his underhanded games. He wants the sheriff to keep pressing juice, of course.
The cartel business is getting deep and a major rift is in the making. I can tell…I’m good at rift. Well, I was but that game sucked so I quit.
WTF, GEMMA?!?! EWWWWW! Well, I guess the episode’s title is appropriate but I think I threw up in my mouth a little.
So, anyway. Nice gunfight scene, complete with explosions and grenade launchers and stuff. It was pretty nice but, as is the trademark of Sons of Anarchy, it didn’t quite go as expected. Of course that leads us into more craziness and SOME PEOPLE need to take some Midol but that’s what we love about this show, amirite?!
Jax and Clay are at serious odds, Bobby Elvis is throwing wrenches in the works, the cops are all up in everyone’s asses (though I’m proud of Juice for making a certain delivery)
This episode wraps up a little cleaner than the last but it’s pretty clear lies are being told. Gemma talks to clay and tells him everything. He says he won’t hurt Tara.
That’s all I’m going to say for now. Watch the full episode for all the gory details and check back next week for more!
