EA Explains SimCity Server Issues, Offers Free Game

That traffic jam is like the servers at EA.

With the ongoing clusterfuck that is the SimCity launch, EA is trying to make up for it by giving everyone who has started or tried to play SimCity between launch day and the 18th. No word on what games you get to choose from but it will be a “PC download game from the EA portfolio.” On the 18th EA will be emailing users instructions on how to redeem this free game. Check Out The First Trailer to The Hangover Part III

The Wolfpack is back!

Ah, The Hangover series. The first movie was great because it was different. The second movie not so much because it wasn’t different. We were told that the final installment, The Hangover Part III might be different but we still groan every time the movie is brought up. The sad thing is that no matter what we would still go see it as would a bunch of other people. Read the rest of this article…

New Far Cry 3 Patch Includes Enhancements to Both Single and Multiplayer

I am the master at games, hahahahahahahaha!

In December I played a game in the Far Cry series for the first time, Far Cry 3. We really liked the game and I beat it on the most difficult setting. It was hard at first but as I became more awesome with upgrades and better weapons, I became an unstoppable force sniping bad guys with the bow from more than 100 yards away. I disappointed myself if I set off any alarms while taking down an outpost and would usually revert to a previous save and try again. I really don’t know where I’m going with this so I will just jump into the new patch details. Read the rest of this article…

Mystery Key Update: Received Another Clue and Solved the Mystery!

What does this clue mean!?!?

About a week ago we received a package in the mail with no return address and no postmark. In this package was a white box wrapped in a yellow bow. Inside that box was a key on a chain. A necklace as it turns out. There was nothing else, no note and not even a clue that told me if this was related to a game or something else. I immediately thought it was for a game, but I ruled that out when I received our next mysterious package. Read the rest of this article…

Google Glass Listing Pulled from eBay, Spoiler Alert, They’re Not Out Yet

Not pictured: the suckers bidding on this.

Prepare for the onslaught of eBay listing selling Google Glass. Well there has already been one listed but it’s been pulled already with eBay citing presale terms. As in they didn’t have it yet. They claimed that they were picked as an early adopter. I assume they mean with the #ifihadglass campaign, that hasn’t chosen any winners. Read the rest of this article…

Time Warner Cable Says Consumers Don’t Want Gigabit Internet

Let’s pretend that’s internet routes.

Hahahaha hehhh. Sorry, I couldn’t help but laugh. I don’t know where, Time Warner Cable CFO, Irene Esteves, got her information when she said, “we’re in the business of delivering what consumers want, and to stay a little ahead of what we think they will want…we just don’t see the need of delivering that to consumers. We’re already delivering 1 gigabit, 10 gigabit-per-second to our business customers, so we certainly have the capability of doing it.” Read the rest of this article…
