It’s hard out here for a serial killer. In this week’s episode of Dexter, it seems as if everyone is on Dexter’s tail. Our favorite serial killer has cops, crazy hit men and even hot chicks circling him. In this spoilerific recap of episode “Swim Deep,” we learn that there’s only so much that Dexter and his sister Deb can do to protect his secret.
When we left our hero last week, Dexter had just saved his sister Deb from yet another serial killer. Dexter had high hopes to bring his sister around to the idea that killing serial killers is not only a worthwhile use of his time, but a way to make the world a better place. Deb, however, is a stubborn one. She’s going to take more convincing. Read on for the spoilerific recap of last night’s episode “Run.”
We’re back with another recap of Showtime’s killer serial Dexter. The moral of today’s episode is: A Serial Killer Can’t Change His Spots. Blood spots, that is. If you want to see Dexter kill a bunch of random people (in his mind), plus weirdly flirt with Yvonne Strahovski from NBC’s Chuck, then this is the episode for you.
Ah, Family. The source of so much anger and frustration. If you have siblings or kids, then you’ve heard the fighting and tattling. “Mom, Sally is on my side!” “Dad, Tommy hit me!” Well, after this week’s Dexter episode, Dexter’s sister Deborah surely has the most legitimate sibling complaint of them all. “Mom, Dexter is a serial killer!” Read on for a spoilerific recap of the episode.
If you’re like me, then you probably hate those obnoxious game-related messages from your friends that clutter up your Facebook feed. “Sam just found this pointless virtual object!” “Gary needs your help in this silly game!” Well, I won’t go so far as to call it Karma, but Zynga – the company behind a lot of that spam – just took a big stock hit after announcing a Q3 loss this week.

Amid all the hoopla, let’s not forget about little ol’ Xbox Music, Microsoft’s rebrand of Zune. Set to officially launch on October 26th, Xbox Music will offer free ad-supported music streaming, among other things.
Nokia has joined Samsung and other smartphone makers in cracking wise about Apple’s mama. In the following animated ad released yesterday on YouTube, Nokia pretty much calls Apple’s base of über loyal iPhone users a bunch of soulless drones. Yeah, that’s a HUGE stretch, I know.
Sometimes, it seems as if we create laws just so we can make TV shows about people violently breaking those laws, all for our entertainment. Such is the case with Boardwalk Empire, the Prohibition-era crime drama starring the adorably snaggle-toothed Steve Buscemi.
If you’re one of those people who loves to get down and dirty with dramatized period crime shows, then rejoice. HBO has just renewed Boardwalk Empire for a fourth season.
Now he’s done it. Ol’ Dexter has gone and gotten himself into a real jam.
Dexter Season 7 Episode 1 aired last night on Showtime (if you didn’t see it, you still can). Titled “Are You…” the episode starts strong and never lets up. It looks like the show is back to form in a big way, laying the groundwork for a suspenseful season.
Tonight’s the night. Grab your knives and plastic wrap, kids, because Season 7 of Dexter premieres tonight on Showtime at 9pm ET/PT.
If you caught the Season 6 finale (and if you didn’t, stop reading now because, you know, SPOILERS AHEAD), then you know that the show turned a major corner in the last few seconds of the final episode.
Season 6 of Dexter was pretty lackluster compared to past seasons, but the show redeemed itself with the revelation that…
