Curiosity Sending Back Color Photos, Panoramas Even!

Hey! Wait a minute, that’s not in color!

Yes! Full 360 degree color panoramic photo! To me it’s not a lot to look at but at the same time I’m zooming in looking in detail at the surface of Mars, 352 million miles away. Yeah, so it’s totally cool. No aliens yet and of course data is slow to get here but I can’t wait for more high resolution images. I don’t think I could work at NASA, you have to be super patient. DayZ Mod Being Developed as a Standalone Game

I’m sure people know this screen really well.

The open world zombie mod for ARMA 2, DayZ, will be developed as a standalone game. It’s creator Dean Hall will be project leas as Bohemia Interactive, the makers of ARMA 2, develop the game. That is how crazy popular this mod is. Over 300,000 copies of ARMA 2 were sold on Steam in two months after it’s release making ARMA 2 the number one game for seven weeks. The YouTube App Getting Pulled from iOS 6, About Time

Go away please.

Well it won’t be pre-loaded at least. The YouTube app is probably the worst thing in iOS with not being able to choose what browser a link opens in as a close second. Apple said: “Our license to include the YouTube app in iOS has ended. Customers can use YouTube in the Safari browser and Google is working on a new YouTube app to be on the app store.” Read the rest of this article…

Let’s Continue Playing Minecraft: Trial of the Amiaba Ruins – Part 2!

I didn’t do it, it was all Nick’s fault!

Welcome back to the Trial of the Amiaba Ruins! I still don’t know how to pronounce “Amiaba” but who cares because we are still running through everything. We pick up this episode trying to figure out if it’s a chicken or a duck in Minecraft. I said it was a chicken and of course I was right, I mean when am I ever wrong? We get stumped in a wool room with a giant Steve stabbing the ground. Nick decided to light everything on fire which in turn almost catches my laptop on fire. Read the rest of this article…

Paranormal Activity 4 Trailer Released Today

OH MY GOD, LOOK OUT BEHIND YOU! RUUUUUN!

Ah the Paranormal series. After the first one it kind of went into a weird direction and was the same movie over and over. In Paranormal Activity 3 we kind of see what was behind this entire thing but it was a little confusing and not that satisfying. It looks like they are trying to take it in a newish direction with Paranormal Activity 4. Now it’s a teenage girl who is filming the strange things that are happening ever since the new neighbors moved in. You may recognize the guy in the webcam, it’s Matt Shively, who we interviewed for Noobz. Take a look at the trailer and let us know what you think. Read the rest of this article…

Let’s Play Minecraft: Trial of the Amiaba Ruins!

NICK HAS NO FACE, HA HA HA!

Well I’m back playing Minecraft again and this time Nick decided to join me. We searched hard and wide (15 minutes) for an awesome newer co-op map and we found one, The Trial of the Amiaba Ruins, made by rookie map maker WillM. We set out on our journey with the bright idea of using the 1.3 pre-release and setting up a local game so I didn’t have to set up a server online. That didn’t turn out as planned. The US CPSC is Suing Buckyballs

I’m more afraid of that doctor!

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission is an agency of the government formed in 1972 to protect against unreasonable risks of injuries associated with consumer products. You know like, defective baby strollers and other dangerous things. Well now they are going after Maxfield & Oberton, the makers of Buckyballs, citing if children swallow them they could connect together and pinch intestines and other nerves. Yikes, that’s not good.
