Eve Online Goes Bipedal With Incarna – Gameplay Video Included
Ah, good old Eve Online. The sleeper hit MMO which came out years and years ago but is still rated in the top 5 of all MMORPG’s (World of Warcraft doesn’t even come close to Eve’s rating). This absolutely gorgeous game has flown under the radar for a very long time due, in large part, to the fact that you never got to see your character…At least not in his or her physical form.
That’s all changed, now.

There’s only one reason why I have faith in Peter Molyneux, despite his aggressive attempts to shake me off entirely. The revolutionary Project Ego became the crushingly limited Fable. Which begat Fable 2. Which begat Fable 3. Which begat a Fable Kinect game. (Do you see the downward progression here?) Aside from the incredibly pleasant The Movies, Peter has simply stopped making games I want to play. But I keep trucking on, hoping to relive the glory days. Why? Dungeon Keeper.

I reached deep in to the way-back machine to rescue this one from the jaws of obscurity. Shadowrun for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES), released in 1993, was a work of art. For its time it was on the front edge of the technology curve and featured incredible gameplay.

I might catch some shit for this because I didn’t go very far back, but I think Red Dead Redemption is the best game ever made, period. I have put more hours into this game then any other game I’ve ever played and I almost didn’t buy this game because I’m not really in to Western-themed anything. If you’ve listened to our podcasts before, you know I have a certain affinity for Project Gotham Racing 2 (or PGR2, as we call it). I’ve written at length about it, sure, but how did it come up to be the best console-exclusive game ever? I mean, people who write articles like this are going to say Zelda-something or Call of Duty-whatever. This was easy, though: my hands were pretty much tied.
