WiFi Xoom Price Announced, Entire Population Yawns
It’s official and very boring. Motorola announced this morning that it’s baby, the Xoom with only WiFi, will be traded to you for only $599 US dollars starting March 27th. Surprised? Me neither. Compare it to the iPad’s WiFi 32GB model and you’ll see both are going for the same price. Now wait a second, Motorola must have retarded the hell out of the Xoom in some other way to reach that price point, right? No sir, and that’s the good news. You’ll still be getting the 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, 1GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, a 5 megapixel autofocus camera, and a 10.1-inch display with 1280 x 800 resolution.
Now that you know, you can continue to go about your business playing Angry Birds on your iPad 2. And cover your mouth while yawning next time.
