X Factor ( USA ) – The Good, The Bad, The WTF?!
X Factor is an American Idol inspired show that’s been around for a while, in the UK. Now, I’ve never been a big fan of the talent shows on TV (With the exception of “The Gong Show” back in the day, which was hilarious) because I feel like…well, let’s just say I think they suck. Now the U.S. version of X Factor is underway (It’s been out for just over a week). I wasn’t even going to write about this show, because of my predisposition to hating it but I think the change in format deserves a look.
Also, funny.
Fourteen Hours, Six Star Wars Films, One Epic Marathon
With the recent release of the Star Wars sextilogy on Blu-ray, most normal people are pacing themselves, maybe watching a movie a week or y’know, something sensible. That’s not how we operate here at FleshEatingZipper. After a long day at work, I shotgunned all six Star Wars movies in canonical order, meaning the back half was going to a smooth slide. I also live-blogged the whole ordeal, so my descent into madness has been thoroughly recorded. So without any further ado, let’s begin!
Sons Of Anarchy Season 4 Continues With The Fourth Episode
Sons of Anarchy continues on with season 4 and SAMCRO is still at it, hustling, getting up to their necks in crime and working on making enough money to…well…who knows what they want to make enough money to do? We just know they need MORE!
Some spoilers, after the jump.

Should You Still Be Watching Glee?
Did you know that the third season of Glee started like two weeks ago? Well it did and it’s one of those shows that when it came out that I thought I would hate. I mean I’m not trying to be on Broadway. I tried it out still and was instantly hooked. Read the rest of this article…
The Playboy Club – TV Review
I don’t know what this show is even about. What I do know is that Amber Heard in a Playboy Bunny uniform is the sexiest thing I’ve ever seen! I didn’t recognize her at first and then I was like dayum, girl! Amber, I’m currently writing this review listening to love songs, so you know, hit me up. Wow, before I get really off track and get called a pig and what not let me tell you what I think about this show. Read the rest of this article…
New Girl – Same Old Stuff
Fox’s debut sitcom New Girl continues tonight. The show stars Zooey Deschanel from (500) Days of Summer as “an offbeat and adorable girl in her late 20s who, after a bad breakup, moves in with three single guys.” Hey, thanks for the logline, Fox.com! That sounds hilarious!
How offbeat and adorable is Zooey Deschanel as Jess Day? Wow. How much time do you have? The first episode is an absolute assault of offbeat adorableness, starting with the cringe-worthy credit sequence of Zooey making various “cutesy” faces at the camera. Still watching?
Terra Nova – TV Review – Dino Damage!
In the opening shots of Terra Nova, we’re shown an Earth on the brink of collapse: a sky full of deadly brown smoke, people being forced to use rebreathers indoors until they get into oxygen-friendly safe zones and, y’know, dystopia. It’s like Al Gore’s greatest dream accomplished, this is what you have done to the Earth, humanity! he would say. Jim Shannon and his family are enjoying the rare treat of an orange when the five-oh stop in and find his young, third child (which is strictly verboten in the 22nd century, it turns out). Shannon goes to prison and through some trickery, ends up back with his family on their way through a time portal to Terra Nova. On the other side? A trip back 85 million years. And dinosaurs.
Pan Am – TV Review – Not Quite Airborne
In the 60s, Pan Am wasn’t just an airline, it was the airline. In a tribute to that period, ABC’s new drama uses the Pan Am name to interesting (and perhaps cheap) effect to thatch a world-trotting, Cold War-era plot line. The stars here are the six crew of the Clipper Majestic, on her inaugural flight in the pilot episode, and their intertwined adventures told through a series of flashbacks and coincidences. But how much can a show rest its fate on the stories of four airline stewardesses?
