Space – Soon We’ll Be Deep In You, Thanks To Planetary Resources Inc. And Google

Google, Ross Perot Jr. James Cameron and asteroid mining? In space?!

What would you say if I told you that deep space exploration and resource gathering were in our [relatively] near future?

Now what would you say if I told you that the government space programs of the world had absolutely nothing to do with it?

Well, that’s exactly what’s going on. Corporate and privately funded deep space exploration is on the horizon and I, for one, think it’s about damned time someone stepped up to the plate and started looking outward, toward the future.

Weighing in at approximately 850 megs, this update features tons of new stuff and bug fixes.

Cyber Bullying – Real Problem Or Dramatic Horse Crap?

Facebook, Myspace, Youtube and other popular social networking sites are being targeted, and frequented by a new type of predator – the “cyber bully”

While I have been aware of the alleged existence of “cyber bullying” since the term was coined, it’s only recently that it has come to my attention that, now, grown adults are seemingly becoming victims of online meany-faces.

Somehow, though, I think the whole thing is a bunch of hog-wash…At least, that’s my opinion.

Mass Effect 3 – Rob Speaks Out. Also, Mini-Review

Let me start this off by saying that I have been a loyal, almost rabid fan of the Mass Effect franchise. Between the first and second installments I have played the games through at least 20 times.

Ok BioWare – It’s Time We Had A Serious Talk About SWTOR

Let me start off by saying that I wanted Star Wars: The Old Republic, from the first time I heard of it being in development. I looked forward to playing it for years and when it finally arrived, I was fairly impressed with the attention to detail in the story, the way things were laid out with character progression, how the game had so much promise for the future.

Now, it seems you’re doing every thing you can to wreck that future.

EA To Release 3 Themed Expansion Packs For Battlefield 3

As many of you already know, we weren’t terribly impressed with Battlefield 3 when we had a chance to play the demo and were likewise fairly unimpressed with the final release of the game, as were many.

EA has announced, however, that they are rolling out 3 expansions to the game and, after reading a bit…well, I’m still not impressed but is there hope on the horizon?
